Practical Training for Real Situations
Center Target Sports strives to provide our students with the best and the latest training methods possible.
You are not registered for a class until you have registered and paid via our website. You will get a confirmation email after you have successfully registered.
*A 48-hour notice must be given to be eligible to move to another of the same class or to a future scheduled class of the same. No refunds on classes.
The senior rate is 65 years of age and older.
Pregnancy note: Women who are pregnant or believe they may be pregnant should not participate in the shooting sports either indoors or outdoors due to issues with loud noises having a negative impact on unborn babies.

Classes
Basic Pistol I CTS-101An eight-hour introductory class for students with little to no handgun knowledge.

Basic Pistol II CTS-102A four-hour course designed to improve the shooting skills of students who have completed the Basic Pistol Shooting Course (CTS-101).

Kubaton CTS-105A three-hour non-firearm option self-defense class.

Intro to Carbine CTS-107A five-hour course designed to familiarize the student with the carbine weapons system and prepare the student for the Basic Carbine Course (CTS-701).

Intro To Firearm Optics CTS-108A six-hour introductory class that provides information about the types of optics that can be used to help aim a firearm.

Defensive Handgun Skills I CTS-201An eight-hour course introducing students to defensive shooting fundamentals and mindset.
|
Idaho Enhanced CCW Permit CTS-300An eight-hour course is required for students to obtain the Idaho Enhanced Concealed Weapons License (ECWL).

Youth Firearm and Familiarity CTS-50A four-hour course for shooters 7-15 years old. Students will learn basic firearm safety and operations, range safety, ammunition overview, safe storage and transport of firearms, and shooting sports activities.

Home Defense Shotgun CTS-500A six-hour course designed to teach the fundamentals of shotgun use for home defense.

Basic Carbine Course CTS-701A six-hour course covering safe gun handling, rifle sighting considerations, carbine manipulation skills, carbine maintenance, marksmanship, sling usage, close quarters defense, and intro to shooting on the move.

AR Armorer Course CTS-755A two-day course providing detailed knowledge of the AR-15/M-16 rifle platform. Students will learn about the components, parts, and in-depth maintenance of the AR rifle.

H.R. 218 Retired LEO QualificationCenter Target Sports offers the H.R. 218 qualification to retired LEOs and qualifying personnel on a bi-weekly basis.
