Anyone wishing to shoot at this facility, whether using his or her firearms or those belonging to Cente Target Sports, MUST fill out a waiver form. All information will be kept strictly confidential and is for the sole use of Center Target Sports to identify users correctly and properly.

Youth Waiver

Anyone under 21 must have a parent or guardian fill out a Youth Waiver. We often see grandparents, aunts or uncles, etc. bring in youth family members. We require that the parents or guardians of the child(ren) fill out the waiver. Customers in-store will be directed to this webpage if the parents are absent.
